We have developed this range of gluten and wheat free cookies that taste just as good as our original cookies. They offer the perfect addition to a cup of tea or coffee for anyone who is looking to avoid wheat/gluten. What could be more English than a cookie that has succulent strawberries and thick, rich clotted cream mixed together with premium creamy chunks of European white chocolate? This cookie was developed specifically by our team of cookie artisans to celebrate the new UK bake-house.

 

The world famous Byron Bay Cookie Company have been baking cookies for over 20 years from our home town of Byron Bay, Australia. The premium cookie range is now baked in Europe to help reduce the carbon foot print of each cookie. We use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible (within 50 miles of our UK Bake-house) including honey, butter and free range eggs. We are proud to have all of our gluten-free European baked cookies approved by the Vegetarian Society and certified by Coeliac UK.
